75.40% Rate Overall Experience as Good

NHS England, in collaboration with Ipsos, has published the latest official statistics from the GP Patient Survey. The survey provides valuable insight into patients’ experiences with primary care services, including ease of access and quality of care. The results are weighted to ensure they reflect the population of patients aged 16 and over registered with each GP practice.

We are pleased to share that 75.40% of our patients rated their overall experience with our practice as "Good."

• National Average: 75%
• ICB Average (South East London): 73%

This result reflects the continued hard work and dedication of our team in delivering high-quality, compassionate care. We are proud that our efforts have been recognised locally and align positively with national benchmarks.
